Then the women go on to listen to Elisabeth talk about the Bachelor. She blathers on about this ridiculous show and then is asked if she believes this stuff about the Bachelor finding true love with one of these women.

Elisabeth: Look I am now. I’m brainwashed. I do. Like I said: obviously there is something wrong here but (as she make the “I am crazy” sign with her fingers going in circles)
Joy: Look I can’t really fault you. President Bush believes Gonzales- what can I tell ya

Joy believes Elisabeth and Bush apparently share the trait of having been brainwashed. The only difference in Joy's eyes seems to be that Elisabeth can admit it.
The President is not brain-washed- he respects Gonzales. Much like Barbara Walters seems to stand behind the lunacy espoused by both Rosie and Joy on a daily basis. Does she agree with everything the two of them say? No. But she continues to support them in their positions.
By the way- If Bush has been brainwashed by Gonzales, how can he be Gonzales' puppeteer? Maybe Rosie can explain that to us. (I'm sure it will go back to Cheney and Rove.)
