Much of the show was preempted in Minnesota today because a construction site collapsed and trapped a construction worker. The local ABC affiliate stayed on the story so here is all I got:
The View may be denigrating from a show that dabbles in politics to a show that uses discussions of sex to maintain its ratings:
The first segment of the show raised several issues about sex: Joy discussed her daughter’s questions about lions fornicating which led into a Glamour Magazine survey about Sex: 20% of women surveyed answer their phone during sex.
Joy noted that everyone uses their blackberry all of the time..
By the way, what kind of women respond to surveys by Glamour Magazine?
BW went on: 41% of women think it’s rude for a man to leave after sex. Her response:
BW: Personally I think it’s terrific
A perfect time for the local affiliate to cut in…
Based on what I saw today, I doubt I missed much. Friday’s shows are prerecorded on Wednesdays so they rarely hit very many “hot topics” but someone feel free to let me know if I am wrong…
